Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placement. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your order number so we can assist.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll review the issue and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
